Minimum Order Requirements
Chemical Sales have no minimum order requirements at this time. Equipment sales (including tips, pads, etc..) have a $40 minimum per order set. Any order placed below that minimum will be charged a $10 handling fee.
Our standard shipping is through UPS ground.
Return Policy & Commitment
Here at DeckGuide we strive to make sure every one of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Our online ordering system of ordering enables us to have a mistake free environment, however, people make mistakes and if they're made on our end we will correct them at no charge to you. We do expect for you to know what you're ordering before you order it. If you have questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us @ (815) 623-5510. If there was an error on your part when ordering we do not absorb the additional shipping and handling costs to correct the problem. Any returns due to an error on your part are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs involved to get you the proper products. Remember though, if it's our error it's on us!

We process all major credit cards via a highly secure payment gateway on the internet. This is an extremely safe and easy to use system, however we do understand there are those who are still uncomfortable entering credit card information online. If this is you, please give us a call and setup an account with a sales representative. With this we will store your encrypted credit card information in our secure database and process the transactions manually when you place an order. We can also contact you and forward an itemized bill for your approval as needed. Email us with any questions you may have!
