Minimum Order Requirements
Chemical Sales have no minimum order requirements at this time. Equipment sales (including tips, etc..) have a $40 minimum per order set. Any order placed below that minimum is charged a $10 handling fee. We want your business! However, we feel your money on orders less than $40 would be better spent at your local equipment supply company due to the costs involved in shipping and handling. Shipping Terms & Fees
When ordering with DeckGuide.com you'll notice we AUTHORIZE (simply verifying the funds are there) a $25 shipping and handling charge to your order when processed through the web site. The reason behind this is different size orders having different weights can vary quite a bit when it comes to shipping fees. By operating our shopping cart in this manner, we can best serve you to provide the best shipping options and costs available. Our standard shipping is through UPS ground for standard size items and common carrier for pressure washers, tanks, and the bigger items. Once your order is processed an adjustment will be made to your total to account for the shipping costs and your card will then be billed.
PLEASE NOTE: After your order is processed the ACTUAL shipping and handling charges will be adjusted within the $25 billed to your transaction. If the shipping fees are higher than $25 we will contact you with the final total and obtain your credit card information verbally prior to closing the order.
We always aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of you placing your order. Obviously certain days such as holidays and weekends can interfere with this practice. However we are committed to completing your transaction as quickly as possible and getting your items delivered in a quality and dependable manner.
Return Policy & Commitment
Here at DeckGuide we strive to make sure every one of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. However, our system of online ordering enables us to have a mistake free environment. We do expect for you to know what it is your ordering before you order it. If you have questions please call us first at 708-799-4153. The reality is people make mistakes and if they're made on our end we will correct them at no charge to you. However, if there was an error on your part when ordering we cannot absorb the additional shipping and handling costs to correct the problem. Any returns due to an error on your part are subject to a 15% restocking fee and your absorption of the shipping and handling costs involved to get you the proper parts or equipment. Remember though, if it's our error it's on us!
Payment Processing - Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Check, Money Order
We process all major credit cards via a highly secure payment gateway through the web. This is an extremely safe and easy to use system, however we do understand there are those who are still uncomfortable punching in credit card information. If this is you please give us a call and setup an account with a sales representative. With this we will store your credit card information in our secure database and process the transactions manually when you place an order. We can also contact you and forward an itemized bill for your approval as needed. Call us with any questions you may have! We want to earn your business and will do whatever necessary to make this experience and enjoyable as possible for you.
