My staining rig
Here is my spray wand i have 3 and 4 ft lenghts from Spray Systems Inc.They have swivel tips with diff sizes for minamal over spray using their 500033 tip or the 6502 tip that pumps out as much as you want fast.
Trigger and wand are seperate pcs. not very cheap so you gotta take care of em. Triggers are about $10 - $15 ea, wands are $20 -$25 ea

Here is a close up of the trigger we added the pipe connecting the trigger to the hose and quick disconnect for a handle.

I curently use a PW gun and lance with different tips but would like to get something less bulky. The gun you have seems to be just that. Is there a site that sells models like that? My biggest concern has been tip sizes. Have you had any problems finding the tips you need?

I have seen those tips at a feed store here in town called "Tractor Supply Co.".We usually get them from our Gray Away distributor who buys in bulk from Spay systems Inc. I'll look online for you see what i can find for you.

If you're interested in a single web source for nearly all of the parts that make up Shane's trigger-wand assembly, see page 4 of this adobe acrobat doc:<http://www.oescoinc.com/webcat/downl...ying_68-71.pdf> . Spray System's web page is daunting to find these same parts. I'm going to home-brew a spray setup like Shane did.
Shane, thanks a million for sharing! -Scott
